Wezenspyk’s Texel beer cheese is a unique cheese produced in collaboration with the Texel Beer Brewery. During production, this cheese is mixed with a delicious ‘Noorderwiend’ beer, after which it’s brined in a specially developed beer brine. After this, patience is key: only after six months the flavors of beer and cheese reach the perfect balance for enjoying a fine piece of beer cheese!
