The Texel fenugreek cheese is one of the more fast-paced cheeses in the Wezenspyk collection! Fenugreek seeds are rich in oil, giving this cheese a soft walnut flavor. It’s available in gift format, making it a perfect present to bring when visiting friends or family. The cheese has matured for around three months and is made using our own Texel cow’s milk.
